When you make a purchase, you acknowledge & agree that you have read Tiki Hat Hut's policies and trust we will provide you the best possible service according to the terms below:
*Due to the complications of COVID-19, shipping times may take longer than usual. (2 - 4 weeks for hats particularly). Please remember the mail service is doing it's best despite short staff and constantly changing safety protocols. Please allow extra time for these delays, we will be in close contact with you to ensure you know what is happening from right when you place your order to the time you receive it.

Most of these products are eligible for our 14-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. We will not refund an order simply because you change your mind.
We work closely with & serve all our customers thoughtfully and care to find the right hats for everyone. Sudden preference change in type of the hat or it's color etc after an order has been placed will not be accepted. See Non Returnable or Refundable Items below for more details regarding free & other related items & scenarios.

* To review your refund, return or exchange request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* To be considered eligible for refund, return or exchange, the item must be faulty or damaged. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.
* For an exchange request, we can review it upon customer request within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. The item must be damaged from shipping or product defect and not from customer mishandling. If we determine there is evidence of fraudulent tampering, we will not accept your request.
* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded, exchanged or returned.
Radical Electric Bikes will cover the shipping cost of the faulty or damaged product, as part of our RADICAL service to serve you better.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection regarding your refund or exchange.
Non Returnable or Refundable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale, free & discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he / she will find out about your return.
Refund + Return & Exchange Policy:
Refunds + returns & exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Accomile E-Bikes & other items have a 2 year Warranty time frame on manufacturing defects of the frame, basic components, and 1 year warranty on the motor & battery provided by the manufacture / brand of the bike and NOT Radical Electric Bikes. Once those items have been received by the warehouse, we will review each case and advise the customer with the appropriate resolution.
* To be considered eligible for refund, return or exchange, the bike must be faulty or damaged & within the 1 - 2 year period from the purchase date. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged. See above for frame, components & battery coverage details.
*If determined there is evidence of fraudulent tampering, or attempting to resolve the issue without the proper tools / techniques, this will void the warranty. Your request will not be accepted.
*We will not refund an order simply because you change your mind on color, or any similar sudden change.
* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If a bike is discounted, it can not be refunded, exchanged or returned UNLESS specified in the product page for special sales or clearance items.
We will work with the customer, and manufacture if need be, to resolve all warranty related issues.
Claim Resolutions are a case-by-base scenario that can vary from sending the customer replacement parts all the way up to sending them a new paddle board.
