Before you make a purchase, Refund-Return & Exchange, Warranty & Shipping Policies are easily viewable & readable before you make your order at checkout. When you make a purchase, you acknowledge & agree that you have read the RADICAL Electric Bike Shop policies and trust we will provide you the best possible service according to the terms below.

*Due to the complications of COVID-19, shipping times may take longer than usual. (2 - 4 weeks for hats particularly). Please remember the mail service is doing it's best despite short staff and constantly changing safety protocols. Please allow extra time for these delays, we will be in close contact with you to ensure you know what is happening from right when you place your order to the time you receive it.

Most of these products are eligible for our 14-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund.  We will not refund an order simply because you change your mind.

We work closely with & serve all our customers thoughtfully and care to find the right bikes, gear and products for everyone. Sudden preference change in type or it's color etc after an order has been placed will not be accepted. See Non Returnable or Refundable Items and E-Bike Refund-Exchange & Warranty policy below for more details, plus regarding free & other related items & scenarios.

* To review your refund, return or exchange request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* To be considered eligible for refund, return or exchange, the item must be faulty or damaged. Please provide photographic and / or video proof that the product is faulty or damaged.

* For an exchange request, we can review it upon customer request within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. The item must be damaged from shipping or product defect and not from customer mishandling. If we determine there is evidence of fraudulent tampering, we will not accept your request.

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded, exchanged or returned.


Radical Electric Bikes will cover the shipping cost of the faulty or damaged product back to our warehouse, as part of our RADICAL service to serve you better.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection regarding your refund or exchange. 



Non Returnable or Refundable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale, free & discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace free or discounted sale items if they are defective or damaged.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he / she will find out about your return.


Refund + Return & Exchange / Warranty Policy:
E-Bikes & LSM

Refunds + returns & exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Once those items have been received by the warehouse, we will review each case and advise the customer with the appropriate resolution.


* To be considered eligible for refund, return or exchange, the bike must be faulty or damaged, unused & within all the details below.  Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged. See bottom of this policy below for frame, components, parts, & battery coverage details.

* If determined there is evidence of fraudulent tampering, or attempting to resolve the issue without the proper tools / techniques, this will void the warranty. Your request will not be accepted. 

* We will not refund or exchange an order simply because you change your mind on color, or any similar sudden change.

* If the customer makes a purchase and that product is out of stock, RADICAL will hold the amount when payment is received to reserve that item / product for when the next shipment arrives. Or, this payment can be used for store credit to put towards a different bike / product. Refund or exchange is only eligible if the product arrives damaged, faulty, and is unused within 7 days after delivery / drop off to the customer is complete. See "Warranty for E-Bikes & LSM" at the bottom of this policy for complete details.

To clarify, we will not refund or exchange products because the customer suddenly changes their mind after making a purchase, unless the product is damaged or faulty & unused with video / photographic evidence after 7 days of the customer receiving the product as stated at the top and bottom of this policy. See Shipping Policy here for costs & details (we cover them if your bike or product is faulty).

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If a bike is discounted, it can not be refunded, exchanged or returned UNLESS specified in the product page for special sales or clearance items.


We will work with the customer, and manufacture if need be, to resolve all warranty related issues.

Claim Resolutions are a case-by-base scenario that can vary from sending the customer replacement parts all the way up to sending them a new product. Please see our warranty policy for more details below to see if you qualify.

Warranty for E-Bikes & LSM:

No Refunds-Exchange Only if item(s) unused, faulty or damaged within 7 days (must be unused). Bike warranty is for 6 months parts replacement only. (Batteries, motors & chargers are 3 mo.) All warranty claims will be examined for failure analysis in case of customer misuse or damage. Normal scratches or wear & tear & wearable products such as tires & bulbs are excluded. Warranty does not include delivery or installation of parts which could cost extra. The persons stated on this invoice is fully aware and understands that only they are responsible for any and all damage to any property involving the vehicle on this invoice and/or injury to themselves or other people/property and/or penalties from contravening any laws of Canada or any nation outside of Canada. RADICAL Electric Bikes is not liable or responsible for any actions or consequences of the end users of its products. Usage of products on this invoice are completely at your own risk. All conditions of sale are understood & product(s) received are in good condition.
