All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*Due to the complications of COVID-19, shipping times may take longer than usual (2 - 4 weeks for hats, paddle boards will vary, see chart below for details). Please remember the mail service is doing it's best despite short staff and constantly changing safety protocols. Please allow extra time for these delays, we will be in close contact with you to ensure you know what is happening from right when you place your order to the time you receive it.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
As of now we only ship to customers in the USA & Canada. For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you reside outside of the local delivery zones, your order will be calculated with a custom invoice on a case by case basis.
During Holidays, please allow for 1 - 2 days extra during the busy seasons. Your order may be 1 - 2 days behind from high demand & reduced mail staff due to the COVID-19 situation.
It is recommended you place your order earlier than usual for holidays like Black Friday, Boxing day, Christmas and New Year.
Free local bike delivery is available to Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, New West, Port Coquitlam, and Richmond (1 - 3 day shipping time). For far deliveries outside BC to other parts of Canada, this can range from 5 - 7 days - email or call us to arrange shipping. We also deliver and ship parts.
Regular time to deliver smaller items (ARMADA bike parts excluded, usually 2 - 4 days) from current warehouse are between 2 - 4 weeks for E-Packet / UPS / Fedex to Canadian customers, and 7 - 14 days for USA & 2 - 4 weeks. See below for gear & accessory shipping details.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tiki Hat Hut is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Bikes, scooters & LSMs are shipped out within 3 - 4 business days depending on assembly & upgrades requested by the customer.
Gear: If you haven’t received your gear order within 2 - 4 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@radicalelectricbikes.com with your name and order number. We will look into it for you & contact you as soon as possible.
